Tired of all the chemicals from household cleaning products? Want a natural alternative to all those chemicals? This article explains how to make cleaning products out of regular household items that you may already have lurking about in your cupboards. As I begin my transition from plastic wrapped and canned foods, to more local and more earth friendly meals, I will also be making the transition to more earth friendly cleaning products, and continuing to learn how to reduce my carbon foot print, eat healthier, smarter, and cheaper, preserve energy, garden, and will try to post updates whenever I learn something new. I am beginning this journey knowing absolutely nothing about anything. So this will be a good guide for everyone hoping to transition from a life of excess consumerism, plastic, wastefulness, and unsustainability, to a far more sane lifestyle. I’ll appreciate any tips anyone would like to leave me, and if you have a farm, I’d love to visit it and learn how we lived before the invention of the TV dinner.
” Earlier this week, the New Hampshire House of Representatives also adopted a bill that would instruct doctors to tell women that abortion causes breast cancer. The theory that abortion causes breast cancer has been rebuked by the World Health Organization, the American Cancer Society, the National Cancer Institute, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, who have all said the research is faulty.”
So, this game allows you to justifiably shoot Occupy Wall Street Protesters that have gone crazy violent and started killing people and comitting acts of real terrorism.
I have some friends who are going to be extremely pleased about this.
I am probably going to play this game and look for myself. Then put a bullet right between his terrorist scum eyes. Take a bath you hippy! … in blood!
It’s nice that this game is bringing to light some effects of economic inequality during a global recession, but the people in this game are most likely NOT Occupy Wall Street. They are the people that will rise if Occupy Wall Street fails. Let’s hope it never gets to this point.
I know this movement is Overwhelmingly peaceful, especially with the increase in violent Police crackdowns and evictions, we have remained nonviolent through it all, and I am proud of each and every encampment that has stayed peaceful through provocateurs, interrogations, destruction and theft or private property, and many other problems that you have had to face. Thank you all who have remained peaceful. There are so many of us, and for so many of us to remain peaceful, it really does prove that this is a peaceful movement. The better part of the human spirit is awakening in us all, and we have the power to be a million points of light to guide those towards what is right, just, and true. Congratulations on waking up and realizing that this power exists in all of us, but most importantly realizing that this power exists within you. But there is something that I need to address, and that is the concerns of those that may agree with our message, but are hesitant to give us their support.
I know the clip below doesn’t convey what the movement is actually like. The people attacking those buildings were so called “Anarchists” who were damaging and defacing that market, but why don’t we take a moment to address people’s concerns? We Need to Not Only Speak Out, but To Act, and Act Swiftly, and Furiously against those that would do this movement harm from the inside. I know for a fact, as well as many people who use common sense, that these acts cannot all be provocateurs. So be honest with yourself. There is a problem in our community.
People in black attack Whole Foods at #OccupyOakland 's #GeneralStrike . Protestors clearly upset.
The People in this film were Allowed to attach a bad image to a good message. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. This is peaceful movement. So make sure it stays that way. By Stopping People that would commit Violence and Vandalism against Others. These people did the wrong thing by not trying to stop these violent thugs. The most they could have done was tackled them as a crowd, and handed them over to the police. The least they could have done was to rip off their hoods and bandanas covering their face so they could be identified and brought to justice. The people comitting violence in this film are NOT part of the Occupy Movement. The Occupy Movement was trying to stop them from doing this. But these thugs were attacking members of the movement, while shouting, “You do not speak for us!” We do not want, and cannot afford these people to be around. So if you see someone doing anything like this, get some help from other occupiers, and remove their masks, and tackle them to the ground. These people are a cancer on our message. Eating away our public support, so that they can take out their own agenda of violence and agression. We do not have the power or authority to tackle police officers who are assaulting us, but we can and should tackle these people and restrain them until they can be removed from causing any more harm.
This is a non violent movement. For those of you who prey on impressionable youth, commit acts of violence, vandalism, rape, and spew hate speech, GTFO! You are NOT Welcome Here.
OWS Exposed!
This is what people see and say, “I don’t want to join that group.”
I would like to stress, that all the activities in this film, attach a bad symbol to a good message. Do NOT Let people Rape or abuse others without reporting it. Report them to the Police. Do Not Let People Assault Any Person or Property. Report them to the Police. People that claim to be Anarchists that are destroying private and personal property are not Anarchist. They are THUGS.
THUGS and SCUMBAGS have NO PLACE in a PEACEFUL Movement. Remember, the only people who use violence, are the ones trying to enforce bad ideas that people will not volunteer for. Don’t let a few awful people ruin a message that has some pretty good ideas. You have the right to Peacefully Assemble, You do NOT have the Right to Violenceor to impede on the rights of others. Most of us know this, for those of you who do not agree, you have no right to claim you are a peaceful protest. Go start your own, and go and get yourselves killed. Those of us who are peaceful, do not share your values, and do not want to be associated with you.
There are so many of us, and the number is growing. It’s great to see our ability to peacefully protest
We continue to grow, and with our continued growth comes the potential for more problems. We can stem those problems before they are allowed to reduce the number of our supporters. This movement, if it keeps up the momentum will see the dawn of a new era of a world that makes sense for everyone instead of just the very very few. Instead of a system that victimizes, disenfranchises, penalizes, and hardly provides for so many in this world. We are seeing the awakening of a global revolution. A revolution where good ideas can shine, and bad ideas may fall. Instead of bad ideas being allowed to be kept on life support on the backs of our labor, while the bad idea continues to remain a bad idea. Instead of bad ideas being enforced upon us at the end of a gun. A world where people will not have to revolt to be heard. Where the rich and connected are held just as accountable as the rest of us instead of thinking they are above the laws that they help create and enforce upon the rest of us.
Flaming Barricades and forcefully seizing Private Property Is Inexcusable. We Can Not Afford to allow our Movement to Be Hijacked by Vandals, Violence, and those who would try to spread hate in our communities.
If You see anyone trying to commit violence against others, TACKLE AND PHYSICALLY DETAIN THEM, and HAND THEM OVER TO AUTHORITIES. If you see someone being misogynistic or abusive towards women. Be a Hero and step in to put a stop to it. If you see anyone try to vandalize private property, that is an act of violence. It may not be directed towards a person, but destroying and ruining other peoples private property is a violent act of intimidation. We don’t like it when the cops do it to our encampments, why would we tolerate any one claiming to represent us doing it to someone else’s private property. I will never tolerate this within my local chapters of the occupy movement. Luckily, this has been a non violent, peaceful protest here in the Granite State. With emphasis on educating and empowering the public. To take back our voices which have remained silent for far too long.
We need to be more Transparent. People need to see that the Occupy Movement is doing good things with the donations of others. I would like to donate to the movement, but I cannot tell where my money will go. I can’t even tell which donation pages are legitimate, and which ones could be scams. People like to be able to know what they are funding. I know that most of what you spend is agreed upon in General Assemblies, but there needs to be a separate page for where the donations are going that people can visibly see. I am hoping you have a system in place for record keeping. Many people criticize the FED for not opening it’s books, we need to take the moral high ground and make sure we keep ours open for anyone who donates. More people will join the cause, if they can make an informed decision and feel that they know what they are getting in to.
For those of you in the other occupations, I am calling on all of you to take care of your own. To Police your own, and if someone steps outside the reasonable acceptance of the law, such as an assault, a rape, a murder, or otherwise preying on another individual in any way shape or form, you should not ONLY handle it (as in Physically DETAIN that person or persons) within your camp, but report all incidents to law enforcement, as well as appropriate outreach programs for victims and addicts. If you see someone you think has a problem with drugs, bring them to get treatment. If you see someone with anger issues, council them.
Our Numbers are rising, but they could be rising even faster if we all did more to make sure this remains a peaceful, healthy, loving, exercise of our first amendment right to petition the government for grievances, and to peacefully assemble. To also protest the people who commit fraud, purgery, theft, extortion, bribery, money laundering, insider trading, violence, oppression, and other forms of abuse and think that just because they are rich and connected that they are above the law. Our movement needs to stop allowing ourselves to be perceived as children, and start taking action to be taken as a real mature movement who can act responsibly, act swiftly, and will have the control and self discipline needed to see this through to the end. These are the demands of those who agree with the overall sentiment of why you are occupying, but who will not join your movement until you address these concerns.
Now in order to keep this a criticism sandwich, Here is a video about the Occupy Movement that is uplifting, and positive and fills me with hope. Enjoy.
